How do I start?
Open Registration in the AscendX bot. Complete registration, verification and the required first deposit where applicable, then submit your verification request for access.
How do I get access to private areas?
Complete the required onboarding steps and submit your account or client ID plus any requested proof. An admin reviews the submission before access is granted.
Do I need to send screenshots?
Screenshots may be requested for verification, troubleshooting or support. Submit them only through the approved AscendX bot or support workflow.
Where do I find products?
Open Products & Services for the current MQL5 link, Copy Bot information and Forex VPS affiliate service.
Where are the education PDFs?
Open Education in the bot and choose a topic. The bot sends a short approved summary before the linked PDF.
What should I do if I need help?
Open Support, explain the problem and the exact step where it happened, and add a screenshot if useful. The bot answers where possible or escalates the issue to an admin.
